Do you store my credit card details?

No, due to the security implications we never at any point store your credit card details. This is why we use PayPal. Its a lot more secure for the customer doing it this way.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept:

  • Online payment by credit or debit card via PayPal
  • Cheques
  • Postal order

Do I need a PayPal account to buy from your website?

No, after you have placed your order you will be given an order confirmation number and will be asked to proceed to PayPal for payment. You will be redirected to PayPal's secure site where you can either log into your PayPal account or choose to proceed using a credit card without a PayPal account.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery charges are calculated on the weight of the items in your shopping basket, see our delivery page for a table showing weights and delivery charges.

How are deliveries sent?

All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail standard 1st class or Parcelforce with the option to upgrade to next day delivery.

If I live locally is it possible to make alternative delivery/collection arrangements?

Yes, but please contact us before you make your purchase.

How will goods arrive?

Your goods will be wrapped in bubblewrap and placed in a double thickness cardboard box for extra protection.
